Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2151 of 22 October 2025 amending Directive 2014/23/EU

Article 1
In Article 8(1) of Directive 2014/23/EU, ‘EUR 5 538 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 5 404 000’.
Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2026.
