Article 1
The spot foreign exchange benchmarks listed in the Annex are designated as spot foreign exchange benchmarks that fulfil the criteria laid down in Article 18a(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1011.
Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
