Article 1
Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2299 is amended as follows:

Article 2
By way of derogation from Article 9 and Article 14 (2) and (4) of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2299, Member States may report the information referred to in Part 2, point (f) and (g), of Annex IX to Regulation (EU) 2018/1999, in accordance with the formats set out in Tables 6, 7 and 8 of Annex XVII or with the formats set out in Tables 1 and 2 of Annex XII to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2299 for the integrated national energy and climate reports for the years 2024 and 2025 to be submitted by 15 March 2027.
The reporting requirement in Article 9 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2299 shall not apply for the integrated national energy and climate reports to be submitted by 15 March 2029 and the following reports.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
