Art. 1er. #art_1er
Les collectes à domicile sont interdites.

Cette prohibition s'étend aux demandes ou sollicitations de secours ou souscriptions contre remise de billets ou autres compensations analogues.
Art. 2. #art_2
Sont exceptées, les collectes autorisées soit par le conseil communal, si elles doivent avoir lieu dans une commune seulement, soit par le Gouvernement, si elles doivent se faire dans plus d'une commune.
Art. 3. #art_3
Il n'est rien innové quant aux collectes dans les églises et autres édifices consacrés au culte.
Art. 4. #art_4
Seront punis d'une amende de 251 à 1.000 euros et pourront en outre être condamnés à un emprisonnement de huit à quinze jours, ceux qui auront fait une collecte à domicile sans y être autorisés ou sans remplir les conditions que l'administration aurait attachées à l'autorisation.
Art. 5. #art_5
L'art. 4 de la loi du 9 décembre 1862 est applicable aux délits prévus par les dispositions qui précèdent.
Art. 6. #art_6
L'arrêté royal du 22 septembre 1823 est abrogé.
