**(1)** L’heure légale au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg est le Temps Universel Coordonné (UTC), tel qu’établi conformément au paragraphe 2, augmenté d’une heure, soit la valeur UTC (LUX) + 1.

**(2)** L’UTC (LUX) est déterminée et diffusée par le Bureau luxembourgeois de métrologie de l’Institut luxembourgeois de la normalisation, de l’accréditation, de la sécurité et qualité des produits et services (ILNAS).

Art. 2. #art_2 applicable 1977-03-21

Un règlement grand-ducal pourra modifier l'heure légale telle que définie à l'article précédent.

Art. 3. #art_3 applicable 1977-03-21

Sont abrogées:

- loi du 10 mai 1904
- loi du 10 mai 1916
- loi du 27 avril 1917

Art. 4. #art_4 applicable 1977-03-21

Le présente loi entrera en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Mémorial.
