Le Gouvernement est autorisé à participer au programme multinational «Multi-Role Tanker Transport», qui consiste dans l'acquisition et l'opération en commun par plusieurs pays partenaires d'une capacité européenne mutualisée et multi-rôle de ravitaillement en vol, de transport et d'évacuation médicale stratégiques, sur une durée de trente ans.

Art. 2. #art_2

Les dépenses occasionnées en vertu de l’article 1er ne peuvent dépasser le montant de 598 400 000 euros à prix constants aux conditions économiques de 2019 sans préjudice d’une adaptation des paiements annuels en fonction de l’évolution des conditions économiques telle que déterminée par l’évolution du déflateur PIB applicable à la zone euro.

Ce montant ne comprend pas la taxe sur la valeur ajoutée.

Les dépenses occasionnées par la présente loi sont imputées sur le Fonds d'équipement militaire créé par l'article 2 de la loi modifiée du 16 décembre 1997 concernant la programmation financière militaire.
