Loi du 28 juin 2023 relative au financement de l’exploitation des services de transports spécifiques réguliers spécialisés

Le Gouvernement est autorisé à conclure des contrats pour l’exploitation des services de transports spécifiques réguliers spécialisés pour un montant ne pouvant dépasser 450 852 000 euros TTC, jusqu’au 31 décembre 2031. Ce montant correspond à la valeur 1 010,02 au 31 décembre 2024 de la moyenne semestrielle des indices des prix à la consommation rapportée à la base 100 au 1er janvier 1948. Il sera adapté semestriellement aux variations du coût de la vie.
Les dépenses occasionnées par l’exécution de l’article 1er sont imputées sur le crédit inscrit annuellement à la section des transports publics routiers au budget des dépenses courantes du Ministère de la mobilité et des travaux publics.
La présente loi entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg.
