Les dispositions ainsi que les modalités de mise en vigueur de l’article 25bis de la loi modifiée du 22 juin 1963 fixant le régime des traitements des fonctionnaires de l’Etat sont applicables aux employés exerçant une profession médicale ou paramédicale auprès d’une administration ou d’un service de l’Etat.
La valeur du supplément prévu à l’article 1er ci-dessus est égale à la valeur du même nombre de points de la loi modifiée du 22 juin 1963 fixant le régime des traitements des fonctionnaires de l’Etat.
Le présent règlement entre en vigueur avec effet à partir du 1er novembre 1986.
Les membres du Gouvernement sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l’exécution du présent règlement qui sera publié au Mémorial.
