Il sera émis au nom et pour compte du Trésor une pièce de collection en or.

Art. 2. #art_2

Cette pièce présentera les caractéristiques suivantes :

- La pièce comporte à gauche l’inscription de la valeur faciale « 10 EURO ».
- Le revers de la pièce porte Notre portrait, l’indication « LËTZEBUERG » et le millésime « 2021 » ainsi que le logo indiquant l’origine « Fairtrade » du métal.
- Elle est frappée en qualité « proof » et a la tranche lisse. Elle a un diamètre de 16 mm et un poids total de 3,11 grammes (1/10 d’once). La pièce est constituée d’or fin au titre de 0,999.

Art. 3. #art_3

Cette pièce aura cours légal à partir du 15 mai 2021 pour sa valeur faciale de 10 euro.

Art. 4. #art_4 applicable 2020-04-01

Notre ministre ayant les Finances dans ses attributions est chargé de l’exécution du présent règlement qui sera publié au Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg.
