Art. 1er. #art_1er

Par dérogation à l’article L. 551-2 paragraphe 3 du Code du travail, les gratifications, compléments et accessoires versés aux salariés qui assurent le bon fonctionnement, le maintien ou l’approvisionnement des activités des secteurs définis à l’annexe du présent règlement grand-ducal. Ces gratifications, compléments et accessoires devront être définis comme dus au titre de l’état de crise liée au Covid-19.

Art. 2. #art_2

Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg.

Art. 3. #art_3
