L’article 2 du règlement grand-ducal du 24 août 2016 concernant le statut du personnel du Centre commun de la sécurité sociale est modifié comme suit :

1. 1. soixante-quinze unités cent seize unités trois unités treize unités
2. quatre-vingt-quinze unités quatre-vingt-dix-huit unités
3. dix-huit unités vingt-cinq unités
4. huit unités six unités
2. deux cent soixante unités trois cent vingt-neuf unités vingt-sept unités quarante-huit unités

Art. 2. #art_2

À l’article 6, il est inséré un nouvel alinéa 3 qui prend la teneur suivante :Par dérogation aux dispositions de l’article 19, paragraphe 1er du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 31 octobre 2018 portant organisation de la formation pendant le stage pour les fonctionnaires stagiaires de l’État ainsi que du cycle de formation de début de carrière des employés de l’État, le maximum des points à attribuer dans les différentes matières des examens de fin de stage est fixé selon les articles 7 à 10 du présent règlement.

Notre ministre ayant la Sécurité sociale dans ses attributions et Notre ministre ayant la Fonction publique dans ses attributions sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l’exécution du présent règlement qui sera publié au Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg.
