Art. 1er. #art_1er

Les critères définis à l’article 6, paragraphe 2, point d) du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 1er août 2014 relatif à la production d’électricité basée sur les sources d’énergie renouvelables ne sont pas applicables pour les rémunérations de l’électricité produite en 2022 et en 2023.

Art. 2. #art_2 applicable 2022-12-27

Les centrales visées à l’article 15 du même règlement dont les travaux de renouvellement ont débuté entre le 1er janvier 2020 et le 31 décembre 2021 sont exemptées de tout délai d’exécution des travaux.

Art. 3. #art_3 applicable 2022-12-27

L’article 23*bis*, est modifié comme suit :

1. à la fin de la deuxième formule, le point final est remplacé par un point-virgule ;
2. « n = 2022 à partir du 1er janvier 2023, jusqu’au 31 décembre 2023. ».

Art. 4. #art_4 applicable 2022-12-27

Notre ministre ayant l’Énergie dans ses attributions est chargé de l’exécution du présent règlement qui sera publié au Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg.
