Art. 1er., Activités interdites #art_1er

Les évolutions d’aéronefs sans équipage à bord sont interdites le 17 novembre 2020 dans l’espace aérien dénommé « Stade Josy Barthel » ayant les dimensions suivantes :

1. limites verticales : de la surface jusqu’à une hauteur de 300 mètres ;
2. limites latérales : un rayon de 150 mètres centré sur 49°36’56,2’’N 006°06’34,8’’E.

Art. 2., Exceptions #art_2

Les interdictions prévues à l’article 1er ne sont pas applicables aux opérations spéciales suivantes effectuées dans l’intérêt public :

1. missions policières et douanières ;
2. surveillance de la circulation et poursuites ;
3. recherche et sauvetage ;
4. vols médicaux ;
5. évacuations ;
6. lutte contre les incendies.

Art. 3., Disposition générale #art_3

Les dispositions du présent règlement sont portées à la connaissance des usagers par la voie de l’information aéronautique.

Art. 4., Entrée en vigueur et publication #art_4

Le présent règlement sera publié au Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg et entrera en vigueur le 17 novembre 2020.
