Art. 1er., Activités interdites #art_1er

**(1)** Les évolutions des aéronefs sans équipage à bord, à l’exception de celles effectuées par des exploitants UAS autorisés spécifiquement par la Police Grand-Ducale, sont interdites à partir du 16 mai 2026 à 16.00 heures jusqu’au 17 mai 2026 à 6.00 heures dans la zone géographique « EL-UAS-TEVT-2026-01 » ayant les dimensions suivantes :

1. limites verticales : du sol jusqu’à une hauteur de 120 m ;
2. limites latérales : 493555N 060719E – 493602N 060803E – 493808N 061042E – 493824N 061014E – 493732N 060631E – 493642N 060547E – 493600N 060601E – 493555N 060719E.

**(2)** Les interdictions prévues au paragraphe premier ne sont pas applicables aux opérations spéciales suivantes effectuées dans l’intérêt public :

1. missions militaires, policières et douanières ;
2. surveillance de la circulation et poursuites ;
3. recherche et sauvetage ;
4. vols médicaux ;
5. évacuations ;
6. lutte contre les incendies.

Art. 2., Entrée en vigueur et publication #art_2

Le présent règlement sera publié au Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg et entrera en vigueur le 16 mai 2026.
