Ces concentrations devraient, en règle générale, être examinées exclusivement au niveau de la Communauté, en application du système du “guichet unique” et conformément au principe de subsidiarité.» lire: «(8) Les dispositions à arrêter dans le présent règlement devraient s'appliquer aux modifications structurelles importantes dont l'effet sur le marché s'étend au-delà des frontières nationales d'un État membre.
