Article 1
Regulation (EC) No 2195/2002 is amended as follows:
| 1. | Annex I is replaced by the text set out in the Annex I to this Regulation. |

| 2. | Annex II is deleted. |

| 3. | Annex III is replaced by the text set out in Annex II to this Regulation. |

| 4. | Annex IV is replaced by the text set out in Annex III to this Regulation. |

| 5. | Annex V is replaced by the text set out in Annex IV to this Regulation. |

Article 2
Directive 2004/17/EC is amended as follows:
| 1. | The table set out in Annex XII is replaced by the text set out in Annex V to this Regulation. |

| 2. | The table set out in Annex XVIIA is replaced by the text set out in Annex VI to this Regulation. |

| 3. | The table set out in Annex XVIIB is replaced by the text set out in Annex VII to this Regulation. |

Article 3
Directive 2004/18/EC is amended as follows:

Article 4
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 15 September 2008
