Member States may provide that contracting entities may acquire supplies and/or services from a central purchasing body offering the centralised purchasing activity referred to in point (a) of point (10) of Article 2.’ . 2. On page 348, Annex XI, Part A, point 11(a): for: ‘(a) Final date for receipt of tenders or indicative tenders where a dynamic purchasing system is introduced;’, read: ‘(a) Final date for receipt of tenders where a dynamic purchasing system is introduced;’.
