Article 1
Implementing Regulation (EU) No 680/2014 is amended as follows:
| (1) | in Article 5(b), point (1) is replaced by the following:‘(1)the information on all securitisation exposures as specified in template 14 of Annex I, according to the instructions in point 3.9 of Part II of Annex II.Institutions shall be exempted from submitting those securitisation details where they are part of a group in the same country in which they are subject to own funds requirements;’; |

Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
