Article 1
Implementing Regulation (EU) No 680/2014 is amended as follows:
| 1. | The templates numbered 1, 4, 6.2, 7, 8.1, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 17, 21 and 22 of Annex I are replaced by the respectively numbered templates set out in Annex I to this Regulation. |

| 3. | The templates numbered 1.3, 16, 20 and 46 of Annex III are replaced by the respectively numbered templates set out in Annex III to this Regulation. |

Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 June 2015.
