Article 1

In Article 8(1) of Directive 2014/23/EU, ‘EUR 5 548 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 5 350 000’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from 1 January 2020.
