Le Gouvernement est autorisé à accorder la garantie de l'Etat pour un montant maximal de 2 milliards d'euros à la société de droit luxembourgeois «European Financial Stability Facility S.A.», créée dans le cadre de l'instrument européen de stabilisation de la zone euro.
Art. 2. #art_2 applicable 2010-07-18
La société, mentionnée à l'article 1er, est exempte de tous droits, impôts et taxes directs, droits de timbre, d'enregistrement, de transcription et autres impôts et taxes indirects, prélevés au profit de l'Etat et des communes.
