Sont visées par les dispositions du présent règlement les substances énumérées à son annexe, qui en font partie intégrante.

Art. 2. #art_2 applicable 1997-02-21

Sont applicables aux substances visées à l'article 1er les articles 1er, 2, 5, 5-1, 7 alinéa 1er, 14 et 15 du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 19 février 1974 portant exécution de la loi modifiée du 19 février 1973 sur la vente des substances médicamenteuses et la lutte contre la toxicomanie.

Toutefois, par dérogation à l'alinéa 1er ci-dessus

Les infractions aux dispositions du présent règlement seront punies des peines prévues par la loi modifiée du 19 février 1973 concernant la vente de substances médicamenteuses et la lutte contre la toxicomanie, sans préjudice de celles comminées par le code pénal ou par d'autres lois.

Notre ministre de la Santé et Notre ministre de la Justice sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'exécution du présent règlement qui sera publié au Mémorial.
