Les membres du Conseil Supérieur, des comités et groupes de travail constitués en son sein, les experts et le secrétaire administratif ont droit pour chaque séance à une indemnité spéciale de 18,75 euros au nombre indice 719,84 et est adaptée selon les modalités applicables aux traitements et pensions des fonctionnaires de l'Etat.

Est abrogé, le «Règlement Grand-ducal du 26 janvier 1982 portant création d'un Conseil Supérieur de la famille et de l'enfance» tel que modifié par la suite.

Notre Ministre ayant dans ses attributions la Famille et Notre Ministre ayant dans ses attributions les Finances sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'exécution du présent règlement qui sera publié au Mémorial.
