Par dérogation à l’article 2 du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 15 septembre 1975 portant fixation du taux d’indemnisation des chômeurs partiels, l’indemnité de compensation ne peut pas être inférieure au taux du salaire social minimum pour salaires non qualifiés.

Le cas échéant celui-ci s’y substitue.

Art. 2. #art_2 applicable 2020-06-25

Le règlement grand-ducal du 27 mars 2020 portant modification temporaire de l’article 2 du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 15 septembre 1975 portant fixation du taux d’indemnisation des chômeurs partiels est abrogé.

Art. 3. #art_3

Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg et s’applique jusqu’au 30 juin 2022.

Art. 4. #art_4 applicable 2020-06-25

Notre ministre ayant le Travail dans ses attributions et Notre ministre ayant l’Économie dans ses attributions sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l’exécution du présent règlement qui sera publié au Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg.
