    Art. 6.L’article 6 de la même loi est modifié comme suit :Au paragraphe 1er les termes « le membre du Gouvernement ayant dans ses attributions la protection de l’environnement » sont remplacés par le terme « le ministre ».Au paragraphe 2 les termes « le membre du Gouvernement ayant dans ses attributions l’environnement » sont remplacés par le terme « le ministre ».Il est ajouté un paragraphe 3 rédigé comme suit : « (3)En cas de non-respect des dispositions de l’article 2bis de la présente loi, le ministre peut :impartir au fournisseur un délai dans lequel ce dernier doit se conformer à ces dispositions, délai qui ne peut être supérieur à douze mois ;interdire la mise sur le marché ou imposer le retrait du marché du carburant ou de l’énergie fournie.Tout intéressé peut demander l’application des mesures visées à l’alinéa 1er.Dès qu’il a été constaté qu’il a été mis fin aux non-conformités ayant fait l’objet des mesures visées à l’alinéa 1er, ces dernières sont levées. »
