Article unique.Le deuxième alinéa de l’article 12 de la loi modifiée du 28 avril 1998 portantharmonisation de l’enseignement musical dans le secteur communal ;modification de l’article 5 de la loi modifiée du 24 mai 1989 sur le contrat de travail ;modification de la loi modifiée du 22 juin 1963 fixant le régime des traitements des fonctionnaires de l’Étatest à remplacer par le texte libellé comme suit : « L’État participe au financement de l’enseignement musical à raison d’un tiers des rémunérations brutes du personnel enseignant de ces institutions. Cette participation ne peut pas dépasser la somme de quatorze millions cinq cent trente-quatre mille euros par exercice budgétaire à commencer par l’année 2018. Cette participation est adaptée annuellement sur la base de l’évolution de la masse salariale globale de l’État. Sont à considérer comme personnel enseignant au sens du présent article les agents ayant le statut de fonctionnaire communal ou d’employé communal ou engagés en qualité de salarié à tâche principalement intellectuelle, soit à durée déterminée, soit à durée indéterminée et affiliés en tant que tels auprès d’un régime de sécurité sociale. »
