    Art. 2.L’article 13, paragraphe 1er, de la même loi est modifié comme suit :« (1)Pour les investissements en biens immeubles réalisés par le jeune agriculteur dans le cadre de la production de produits agricoles énumérés à l’annexe I du traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne au cours des cinq premières années à compter de la date d’installation et avant que le jeune agriculteur n’ait atteint l’âge de quarante ans, le taux de l’aide fixé à l’article 7, paragraphe 1er, est majoré de 15 points de pourcentage jusqu’à concurrence du plafond d’investissement individuel défini à l’article 7, paragraphe 3.La majoration n’est pas applicable aux investissements en biens immeubles relatifs à la transformation et à la commercialisation dont le coût ne dépasse pas 150.000 € ».
