    Art. 2.Après l’article 51 de la loi modifiée du 28 juillet 2018 relative au revenu d’inclusion sociale, il est inséré un article 51bis nouveau qui prend la teneur suivante : « Art. 51bis.Par dérogation à l’article 2, paragraphe 2, les ressortissants de nationalité britannique, qui bénéficient du revenu d’inclusion sociale la veille du jour du retrait du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord de l’Union européenne, conservent leurs droits et seront, en ce qui concerne les modalités d’application de la présente loi, assimilés aux citoyens de l’Union européenne.  »

    Art. 3.La présente loi entre en vigueur le jour où le Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord, conformément à l’article 50, paragraphe 3, du Traité sur l’Union européenne, se retire de l’Union européenne sans qu’un accord, visé à l’article 50, paragraphe 2, du Traité, ait été conclu.
