Art. 1er.L’objectif budgétaire à moyen terme des administrations publiques, tel qu’il est prévu à l’article 3 du Traité sur la stabilité, la coordination et la gouvernance au sein de l’Union économique et monétaire, signé à Bruxelles, le 2 mars 2012 et approuvé par la loi du 29 mars 2013, est défini par référence au solde structurel des administrations publiques.Pour la période 2018 à 2019, l’objectif budgétaire à moyen terme est fixé à -0,5 pour cent du produit intérieur brut.Pour la période 2020 à 2022, l’objectif budgétaire à moyen terme est fixé à +0,5 pour cent du produit intérieur brut.
