Art. 1er.L’article 16 de la loi du 20 juin 2020 portant 1° dérogation temporaire à certaines dispositions en matière de droit du travail en relation avec l’état de crise lié au Covid-19 ; 2° modification du Code du travail, est modifié comme suit :À l’alinéa 1er, les termes « jusqu’au 31 décembre 2020 » sont remplacés par ceux de « jusqu’au 30 juin 2021 » et les termes « un ou plusieurs domaines économiques énumérés à l’annexe et un de ses salariés indemnisés » sont remplacés par ceux de « dans le secteur de la santé, y compris les laboratoires d’analyses médicales, ou dans le secteur d’aides et de soins et un ancien salarié d’un tel employeur qui est indemnisé » ;À l’alinéa 3, les termes « auprès duquel le salarié préretraité reprend une activité salariale » sont insérés entre les termes « L’employeur » et le terme « communique » et les termes « Ministère du Travail, de l’Emploi et de l’Économie solidaire et sociale » sont remplacés par ceux de « Ministère du travail, de l’emploi et de l’économie sociale et solidaire ».
