    Art. 2.(1)Les dépenses engagées au titre des frais de fonctionnement visés à l’article 1er ne peuvent dépasser le montant de 225 000 000 euros. À cela s’ajoutent les frais relatifs à une hausse des salaires suite à une augmentation de l’indice concernant l’échelle mobile des salaires ou toute autre modification de la législation ayant un impact sur la masse salariale. Ce montant ne comprend pas la taxe sur la valeur ajoutée.(2)Les dépenses engagées au titre des frais liés à l’extension de l’infrastructure visés à l’article 1er ne peuvent dépasser le montant de 7 400 000 euros. Ce montant correspond à la valeur 821,57 de l’indice semestriel des prix de la construction au 1er octobre 2019. Ce montant ne comprend pas la taxe sur la valeur ajoutée.
