    Art. 7.L’article 12bis, paragraphe 4, de la même loi est remplacé par la disposition suivante :« (4)Sous réserve des dispositions du paragraphe (3), une ou plusieurs des sanctions prévues à l’article 60 peuvent être infligées par le régulateur aux parties obligées n’ayant pas réalisé leurs volumes annuels d’économies d’énergie, dans le respect de la procédure prévue à l’article 60. Une éventuelle amende d’ordre ne peut dépasser 2 euros par mégawattheure. La sanction infligée dispense de la réalisation des volumes d’économies d’énergie manquants objet de la sanction sur lesquels porte la sanction. Un recours en réformation devant le tribunal administratif est ouvert contre la décision de l’autorité de régulation. ».
