Art. 1er.Par dérogation à l’article 6, alinéa 4, de la loi modifiée du 6 février 2009 concernant le personnel de l’enseignement fondamental, les candidats admis au stage préparant à la fonction d’instituteur en date du 1er septembre 2021 disposent jusqu’à la fin de leur stage au plus tard pour présenter les pièces suivantes :d’une attestation de formation de base en matière de secourisme d’une durée minimale de vingt-huit heures, accomplie au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg ou à l’étranger, reconnue équivalente par le ministre ayant les Services de secours dans ses attributions, conformément aux dispositions de la loi modifiée du 27 mars 2018 portant organisation de la sécurité civile ;d’un brevet élémentaire de sauvetage aquatique d’une durée minimale de douze heures, reconnu équivalent par le ministre sur avis de la Fédération luxembourgeoise de natation et de sauvetage.
