    Art. 2.Les infractions au présent règlement seront punies d'un emprisonnement de huit jours à un an et d'une amende de deux mille cinq cent un à deux cent mille francs, ou d'une de ces peines seulement.Les dispositions du Livre 1er du Code pénal, ainsi que celles de la loi du 18 juin 1879 modifiée par celle du 16 mai 1904, portant attribution au cour et tribunaux de l'appréciation de circonstances atténuantes, seront applicables.
