    Art. 1er.L'article 3 du règlement grand-ducal du 26 septembre 2003 déterminant le pourcentage du coût global d'un immeuble, réalisé par l'Etat ou par les communes ou les établissements publics, financé ou subventionné pour une part importante par l'Etat, à affecter à l'acquisition d'œuvres artistiques ainsi que les modalités d'appréciation et d'exécution des dispositions relatives aux commandes publiques prévues par la loi du 30 juillet 1999 concernant a) le statut de l'artiste professionnel indépendant et l'intermittent du spectacle b) la promotion de la création artistique, est modifié comme suit: Au paragraphe 2, le 4ième tiret prend la teneur suivante: «un à trois experts en arts plastiques ou en aménagement d'espaces»; Au paragraphe 2, un nouveau tiret est ajouté qui prend la teneur suivante: «un représentant de l'utilisateur de l'immeuble en cause»; Le paragraphe 5 est remplacé comme suit: «Les membres de la commission et son secrétaire administratif visé au paragraphe 4 ci-avant ont droit à un jeton de présence dont le montant est fixé par le Gouvernement en conseil».
