    Art. 1er.L’article R. 224-4, alinéa 1er, de la partie réglementaire du Code de la consommation est modifié comme suit: « Conformément à l’article L. 224-21, paragraphe 2, du Code de la consommation, tout intermédiaire de crédit établi au Luxembourg doit:se faire inscrire sur une liste auprès du Ministre ayant l’Economie dans ses attributions en ayant recours au formulaire ci-après. Celui-ci doit être envoyé dûment complété et signé et accompagné en annexe d’une copie des documents pertinents (carte d’identité pour les personnes physiques, convention avec le prêteur et le cas échéant avec l’intermédiaire de crédit);y indiquer outre les informations le concernant, l’identité du prêteur pour le compte duquel il agit ou avec lequel il collabore ainsi que l’adresse géographique de celui-ci. Il indique également, le cas échéant, l’identité et l’adresse géographique de l’intermédiaire de crédit avec lequel il travaille. »
