Art. 1er.(1)L’augmentation du titre alcoométrique volumique naturel des raisins frais, du moût de raisins, du moût de raisins partiellement fermenté et du vin nouveau encore en fermentation provenant de la récolte 2017, est autorisée dans la limite de 3% vol. pour tous les cépages, sans que toutefois les titres alcoométriques totaux après enrichissement puissent dépasser les maxima fixés à l’article 2 du règlement grand-ducal du 15 septembre 2010 fixant certaines modalités en ce qui concerne les pratiques œnologiques.(2)Les opérations d’enrichissement peuvent être réalisées en plusieurs fois, mais en aucun cas après le 16 mars qui suit la récolte des vins concernés.
