    Art. 1er.L’article 1er du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 21 décembre 1998 arrêtant la nomenclature des actes et services des infirmiers pris en charge par l’assurance maladie est modifié comme suit :L’alinéa 9 de l’article 1er prend la teneur suivante : « Ne sont pas mis en compte les actes effectués :dans les hôpitaux et dans les établissements hospitaliers spécialisés,dans les établissements de cures thérapeutiques et de convalescence,dans les cabinets médicaux. » Il est rajouté un alinéa 10 nouveau qui a la teneur suivante : « Les actes BY001 « Prise de sang sur veine superficielle », BY002 « Prise de sang par ponction veineuse chez un enfant de moins de 6 ans » du règlement grand-ducal du 30 novembre 2017 arrêtant la nomenclature des actes et services des laboratoires d’analyses médicales et de biologie clinique pris en charge par l'assurance maladie peuvent être effectués par les infirmiers. »
