    Art. 3.L’actif et le passif du Fonds de rénovation de la Vieille Ville au moment de sa dissolution sont constatés dans un bilan de clôture approuvé par les membres du comité directeur du Fonds dans sa composition actuelle au plus tard le 31 mars 2018 et contrôlé par un réviseur d’entreprise. Le bilan de clôture est soumis au Gouvernement et à la Cour des comptes pour vérification et arrêt.Pour les besoins de l’approbation du bilan de clôture, les membres du comité directeur du Fonds dans sa composition actuelle sont habilités à se réunir après la dissolution du Fonds.
