    Art. 2.Un procès-verbal de la réunion constituante consignant les points 1 à 8 de l’article 1er signé par les membres du bureau de vote sera transmis au chef d’entreprise ainsi qu’à l’Inspection du Travail et des Mines au plus tard cinq jours après la date de la réunion.
