    Art. 4.L’article 43, du même règlement, est complété par un paragraphe 5 qui prend la teneur suivante :« 5.En application des paragraphes 1 et 2, lorsqu'une modification ou un renouvellement d'autorisation d'un projet est nécessaire, l'utilisateur doit introduire immédiatement une demande auprès de l’administration compétente en utilisant le formulaire mis à disposition par la même administration ».
