    Art. 2.L’article 24ter du même règlement est modifié comme suit :À l’alinéa 1er, les termes « point 2°,  » sont insérés entre les termes « Les diplômes ou grades visés à l’article 24bis » et « doivent être inscrits au registre des titres de formation ».À l’alinéa 2, les termes « Le diplôme ou grade doit avoir un lien direct  » sont remplacés par les termes « La profession réglementée ou le diplôme ou grade visés à l’article 24bis, points 1° et 2°, doivent avoir un lien direct  ».À la suite de l’alinéa 2 est ajouté un alinéa 3 nouveau ayant la teneur suivante :« Les titulaires d’une autorisation d’exercer disposant d’un diplôme inscrit également au registre des titres de formation créé par la loi du 28 octobre 2016 relative à la reconnaissance des qualifications professionnelles peuvent opter entre les dispositions du point 1° et du point 2° de l’article 24bis en vue de la détermination de leur indemnisation en tant qu’intervenants externes dans les formations sanctionnées par l’obtention du brevet de technicien supérieur ou du diplôme d’études supérieures générales. ».
