    Art. III.À l’article 3, paragraphe 2 du règlement grand-ducal du 23 décembre 2016 fixant les mesures d’exécution de la loi du 23 décembre 2016 instituant un régime d’aides pour la promotion de la durabilité, de l’utilisation rationnelle de l’énergie et des énergies renouvelables dans le domaine du logement, la phrase « Plusieurs de ces installations sont à considérer comme une seule installation si elles sont raccordées à un même point de raccordement ou liées moyennant des infrastructures communes requises pour leur fonctionnement. » est remplacée par la phrase suivante : « Une installation solaire photovoltaïque additionnelle peut également bénéficier d’une aide si elle est montée sur la même toiture, la même façade ou intégrée dans l’enveloppe d’un même bâtiment qu’une installation existante, à condition que la première injection d’électricité de cette installation additionnelle dans le réseau ait lieu au moins deux ans après la première injection d’électricité de la dernière installation construite dans le réseau. »
