    Art. 4.Pour chaque métier ou profession, le ministre ayant l’Éducation nationale dans ses attributions peut désigner un ou plusieurs groupes d’experts chargés d’examiner les projets proposés et de soumettre leurs observations au commissaire. Pour ce travail, chaque expert touche une indemnité de 95 euros pour toute vacation allant jusqu’à deux heures. Pour toute vacation dépassant deux heures, le taux est augmenté de 48 euros par heure d’expertise supplémentaire entamée.
