    Art. 1er.L’article 6 du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 30 décembre 1981 portant exécution de la loi du 9 août 1980 relative à l’inscription des testaments est modifié comme suit :L’alinéa 1er est remplacé comme suit : « Toute personne qui demande une inscription ou une recherche est tenue au paiement d’une taxe de 20 euros par personne au nom de laquelle l’inscription ou la recherche est sollicitée. En cas de demande de recherche ou d’inscription par voie électronique, cette taxe est de 10 euros. » L’alinéa 3 est remplacé comme suit : « Les inscriptions et les recherches demandées par toute autre personne ne sont effectuées que sur présentation d’une preuve du paiement de la taxe visée au présent article établie par un receveur de l’Administration de l’enregistrement, des domaines et de la TVA.  »
