    Art. 2.L’article 2, paragraphe 3, du même règlement est modifié comme suit :À la lettre a., les termes « en cas de demande non transmise électroniquement » sont ajoutés après ceux de « une pièce d’identité » et le bout de phrase « ou, en cas de demande électronique, une signature qualifiée » est supprimé.À la lettre c., après les termes « et un certificat de composition de ménage, » sont ajoutés les termes « tandis que les étudiants tombant sous le champ d’application des dispositions de l’article 3, paragraphe 5, lettre d), point 1°, de la loi doivent introduire additionnellement aux documents précités un certificat de fréquentation scolaire ou un certificat d’inscription, ».
