    Art. 1er.L’article 6, paragraphes 1er et 2, du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 5 avril 2001 fixant les règles applicables en matière de communications commerciales dans les services de médias audiovisuels est remplacé comme suit : « (1)La proportion de spots de publicité télévisée et de spots de télé-achat au cours de la période comprise entre 6 et 18 heures ne dépasse pas 20 % de cette période. La proportion de spots de publicité télévisée et de spots de télé-achat au cours de la période comprise entre 18 et 24 heures ne dépasse pas 20 % de cette période.(2)Le paragraphe (1) ne s’applique pas :aux messages diffusés par l’organisme de radiodiffusion télévisuelle en liaison avec ses propres programmes et les produits connexes directement dérivés de ces programmes, ou avec les programmes et services de médias audiovisuels d’autres entités appartenant au même groupe de radiodiffusion télévisuelle ;aux annonces de parrainage ;aux placements de produits ;aux cartons neutres insérés entre le contenu éditorial et les spots de publicité télévisée ou de télé-achat, et entre chaque spot. »
