    Art. 1er.L’article 11, alinéa 1er, du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 5 mai 1999 concernant l’assurance continuée, l’assurance complémentaire, l’assurance facultative, l’achat rétroactif de périodes d’assurance et la restitution de cotisations remboursées dans le régime général d’assurance pension prend la teneur suivante : « Pour un mois d’assurance à couvrir rétroactivement pendant une période visée à l’alinéa 1, sous 1) à 3) et sous 5) de l’article 10, il est mis en compte, à la demande de l’intéressé, un revenu correspondant, soit au minimum cotisable en vigueur auprès de la Caisse nationale d’assurance pension pendant ces périodes, soit à des multiples de 1,5, de 2,0 et de 2,5 de ce minimum. En aucun cas, les revenus portés en compte au titre de l’assurance obligatoire, continuée et facultative et de l’achat rétroactif ne peuvent dépasser le maximum cotisable en vigueur auprès de la Caisse nationale d’assurance pension pendant l’année de calendrier en question. Pour l’application de la phrase qui précède, il est également tenu compte des rémunérations du chef d’une période computable sous un régime de pension transitoire spécial au sens de l’article 1er de la loi modifiée du 28 juillet 2000 ayant pour objet la coordination des régimes légaux de pension se situant au cours de la période à couvrir rétroactivement. »
