    Art. 1er.À l’article 12, paragraphe 2, du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 2 août 2002 concernant les modalités d’utilisation, d’homologation et de contrôle des cinémomètres, un nouvel alinéa est inséré entre l’alinéa 1er et l’alinéa 2, avec le libellé suivant : « Lorsque le cinémomètre est conçu pour mesurer la vitesse moyenne des véhicules entre deux points, le tronçon de route déterminé à contrôler est à approuver préalablement par la SNCH après que la distance du parcours a été déterminée sur base d’une méthode scientifiquement reconnue et applicable au niveau international, à savoir à l’aide d’un odomètre avec lequel le tronçon est mesuré afin de pouvoir estimer une erreur moyenne totale sur la longueur du tronçon. Le tronçon sera mesuré dans les deux directions, sur la voie la plus courte. »
