    Art. 1er.À la fin de l’article 3, lettre b) du règlement grand-ducal du 23 décembre 2016 portant exécution de l’article 104, alinéa 3 de la loi modifiée du 4 décembre 1967 concernant l’impôt sur le revenu sont ajoutées les phrases suivantes :« Pour l’année d’imposition 2020, la catégorie d’émission de CO2 est fixée en fonction de la valeur combinée de CO2 en g/km déterminée lors du cycle d’essai dit « New European Driving Cycle » (ci-après « NEDC »).À partir de l’année d’imposition 2021, la catégorie d’émission de CO2 est fixée en fonction de la valeur combinée de CO2 en g/km déterminée lors du cycle d’essai dit « Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicle Test Procedure » pour autant que cette valeur est indiquée au certificat de conformité.Par dérogation à la phrase qui précède, la catégorie d’émission de CO2 est fixée en fonction de la valeur combinée de CO2 en g/km déterminée lors du cycle d’essai « NEDC » pour les voitures qui font l’objet d’un contrat signé après le 31 décembre 2016 et non-échu au 31 décembre 2019 et ce jusqu’à l’échéance normale du terme. ».
